Planning your celebration?
Let’s make the decorating part easy.
Got more questions? Check out our FAQ page.
How can I share my ideas and inspiration?
Send us links to photos you love, or simply describe what you have in mind. A favorite color, a theme or a little detail is a great place to start. We’ll talk through the options together and help you choose a design for your celebration.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event to give us time to plan your design, order supplies and prepare the details. Planning something sooner? Get in touch and we’ll check what we can do. Rush and last-minute orders may cost extra; we’ll let you know before you book.
Can you deliver and set everything up?
Yes! For event decor, setup and takedown are included in your order, so you can enjoy the celebration while we take care of the decorating. Delivery is extra, and the fee depends on how far we’ll be traveling to you. For smaller balloon gifts, we can also discuss pickup.
How do I get my celebration booked?
Message us on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp with your date and ideas. Prefer to start here? Use our quote form. We’ll check availability, work through the details with you and confirm your order together.
