Frequently Asked Questions
Planning balloon decor or a gift? These answers will help you put together your request. For details about your date and location, request a quote.
Can I send you a photo of what I want?
Yes. Send a link to a photo from our gallery, Pinterest or Instagram with your request. Tell us which colors or details you like, and we can discuss a design for your occasion.
How far in advance should I book?
Get in touch as soon as you have a date in mind so we can check availability. If your event is coming up soon, include the date in your request and ask what may be possible. Sending a request does not reserve the date.
Can you deliver and set everything up?
Include your event address or city and ZIP code, along with the time your decor needs to be ready. We can discuss delivery and setup for your location and clarify what would be included in your quote. For a balloon gift, select delivery, pickup or “Not sure yet” on the quote form.
How do I reserve my date?
Start with a quote request. We will need to confirm availability and agree on the design, price and arrangements with you. Your date is not reserved just by sending the form; ask us to confirm your booking before making plans around it.
What should I include in my request?
Share your date if you know it, your city or ZIP code and a photo link or description of your idea. Preferred colors and an approximate budget can help us discuss suitable options.
How much does balloon decor cost?
Balloon decor starts at $300. The price of your arrangement will need to be discussed for your design and event. Balloon gifts are quoted separately; the decor starting price does not apply to every gift.
Where can I see your designs?
Browse our balloon decor and balloon gift galleries for examples. You can open a design and use its Request a Quote button to include it as a reference.
Do you have backdrops and rental packages?
Our Rentals page shows backdrop setups with listed sizes, components and prices. Tell us which setup interests you so we can discuss availability and the arrangements for your event.
